Youngs Chartered Surveyors has grown from a rural practice which managed agricultural and sporting estates in Scotland and northern England to one dealing with a whole range of urban and rural properties.
The firm provides a personal and tailor made service to clients who include farmers, landowners, public bodies and other professional advisors. the firm receives instructions on major contracts with former public utilities, a growing sector of the firms work, and completes regular assignments on forestry and conservation, rent reviews and farm appraisals, expert witness work in court cases, development land options and grant schemes.

Every client deals with one lead partner or associate and we try to maintain that contact throughout the assignment.
