Youngs Chartered Surveyors realises the importance of a pro-active approach to our clients' affairs and recognise that our most important asset is our people. We offer our professional staff a career structure. We encourage young members of the profession and employ trainees on an initial contract offering them a wide range of professional experience and training. Great emphasis is placed on this and we have a very high success rate of trainees progressing to full corporate membership of the R.I.C.S. We aim to retain the best trainees when they qualify and offer an opportunity for further career advancement within the firm.
All staff are encouraged to contribute to the success of Youngs Chartered Surveyors, to seek ongoing professional development and to contribute to the work of appropriate committees and organisations. We participate in the R.I.C.S. Rural Education Committee, the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, the Royal Forestry Society, the Timber Growers Association and the Country Landowners Association.
Youngs Chartered Surveyors is a cohesive team working closely together and orientated to the future.
