The fishing is situated close to the village of Rochester approximately 4.5 miles North West of Otterburn as shown on the plan.
The beat extends to approximately 2940 metres along the West bank of the River Rede between points A and B marked on the plan.
The fishing has not been exercised in the recent past and the letting therefore provides a unique opportunity to enjoy some interesting sport in an attractive location.
The river is known to hold brown trout, sea trout and salmon.
